Having same thing happen. Wondering if it is because I bought them through Microsoft Store? Does this mean because we cant sign in or register that we don't get the templates??

Is it possible to switch from the Windows Store version to Windows Desktop version without buying it again? -
is the Microsoft store version the same as the desktop version?
