omg i got it it was this tab stops setting i switched from only between paragraphs to always and it solved the problem thank you for your the help i feal you guys guided me in right direction.

I am trying to align test to top in frame text tool and the text is sticking outside of the box as shown on the screen shot, frame text box on the right is doing just fine but one on the left is just making me angry. I tried copy paste the text box from the right and paste it to left side and just change the text and its still not working. Any help with this would be appreciate.
