Hi there, I'm really sorry and I know it must be simple but I can't turn my pointer back to the usual select tool, it is a grab hand so just moves the page around! I can't even change it to any other function! I'm sure its a simple fix but I've tried a few things and looked online but I really want to get on with my work :-( Thank you

Hi Dan, Thank youI', so grateful - I'd done a restart but hadn't fully logged out of Dropbox, which seems to have done the trick! Thank you, sorry if you've spent a long time on this problem - I will remember next time to just try something simple! :-)

yes I do, and I've tried it working just on my mac without the second display connected as well as all other options!

Thanks Dan, I am entirely on Mac so I take photos with my iphone, they are in icloud and I then pull them over to my dropbox project folders, stored as jpegs. Ive done this for years in InDesign before I swapped and now with Affinity and it has always worked, and obviously you are not having problems with this method! I've tried putting the photos onto my desktop but they still ping back :-(

Hi since the upgrade I can't drag and drop photographs from my folders into picture frame rectangles in my document - any ideas why? I'm working on Mac and have my pictures saved in dropbox folders and have previously been able to drag and drop them over. I can still use "place" from the file drop down, its just quicker to drag and drop! Any hints gratefully received - not sure whether its something I've done by accident or whether its the upgrade!

I have just changed some footer text on my Master Page and the footer text within the document has not changed - anyone got any ideas why that is?

Hi there, I'm having a bit of trouble when I import a pdf document that I have created into a publisher document - the text style in the pdf is not saved and ends up as something horrible that I cannot change. I have tried locking my pdf before placing but this does not seem to make a difference. I attach the two docs here - Research original is my pdf and Research in publisher is what it ends up like when I place it. Any responses please make them simple as I am not an expert! Thanks!
