  1. That's not it. When I try to change the settings of the table of contents in the Master page using the Table of Contents Panel, it just creates a new table of contents in the drop down menu. I have upwards of 80 now because I've been trying for so long. I have no idea what's happening. And it still won't display any of the associated text styles.
  2. Thanks, stokerg, I appreciate the help. I had already tried that, and I've been pulling my hair out for some time trying to figure out what's going on, so I'll just describe what I'm experiencing, and what I think is happening. I put the TOC on the master page On the first set of facing pages, the TOC shows up perfectly On all subsequent pages, the TOC displays the "No table of contents entries found" I think the problem is because I have my text boxes in the Master Page, linked together. That way I don't need to insert two new text boxes every time I add a spread of pages. On, say, pages 5-8 when I link the text box on page 6 to the next spread with Master boxes on pages 7-8, it registers a change from the Master Pages, and no longer displays the TOC?
  3. I would like to have a sidebar that gives readers an overview of where they are in a magazine-style document. Is it possible to create a table of contents on a master page?
