  1. Well I would have thought that being able to easily duplicate an on screen image to be fundamental as it is in PS. What a hassle it is in AP then.
  2. First defense, The file could be up to 100 meg for printing. This is no problem in PS. I find in general AP to be very slow in many situations compared to PS. Is this your experience also? I am certain there must be something wrong with the program or my computer?
  3. What do you mean by what size exactly? Windows. I am finding the whole experience to be very slow compared to PS is this normal? It's almost intolerable. Thanks ahead.
  4. I have an i7 and 16 gig of RAM. Bizarrely I am having speed problems with saving PDF files and many other situations, is this normal? (I'm talking minutes to save) I am finding it to be far slower than PS. What is going on? The ad boasts about speed and work flow???
  5. Hello AP community, How do you open 2 or more files and then drag and drop parts to the other as in PS. In fact how do you open 2 or more on the screen without the files being seemingly locked together only being able to see one or the other and not both (etc) at the same time as in PS? I am getting confused as I was told most features of PS are also here in AP, this appears to be not very true at all?
  6. Thanks Mark. Yes I know how to duplicate a layer. I want to duplicate the whole file. In PS you can duplicate the whole file on the screen apposed to going back to the orig file location outside of PS, simply by right clicking on the image header and choosing duplicate. There must be a way of doing this easily as it is a very handy thing in PS.
  7. As I have come over from PS I can not for the life of me work out how to duplicate a file (image) once open EG: Say you wanted to experiment with a image but don't want to destroy the orig. On the main screen on PS you just right click on the image bar and make a copy. So how do you do it in AP?
