  1. I took a closer look at that issue and compared what is displayed on my screen prior and after the raw development for different zooms. While I can identify a change during the raw development for a zoom smaller 100 %, I actually cannot see any change if I zoome to 100%. Is there any explenation for that? Is that why you wanted me to take screenshots with 100% zoom?
  2. Hi guys, I came across the subsequent issue: I open a Raw image in affinity photo and edit the image until I am happy. However, if I then develop the Raw image, the image changes significantly. Especially the sharpness improvement I achieved with the "Detail Refinement" seems to get lost completely. Here is an example to illustrate the problem: Unedited Raw image: Edited (only sharpened) Raw image: After developing the Raw image: Do I have to make any changes in the settings, so that the image looks the same, prior to and after pressing develope?
  3. Thanks for your swift reply. I know that my camera already postprocesses the image. However, in the example above the difference in the sharpness between JPEG and RAW is huge. It is quite hard to achieve a similar sharpness for the RAW file using the detailed refinement. However, you say this significant difference in sharpness is normal? Thanks
  4. Hi, I took pictures with my Panasonic FZ 1000 and saved them as both, RAW and JPEG. However, importing the same picture in Affinity Photo as JPEG and RAW, the sharpness of the JPEG is significantly better. I attached an example below. A friend of mine, who uses another software, opened my images as well but here the sharpness of the RAW images was much better. Below is the JPEG and the RAW file. P1010953.RW2
