[Library and Macro Panels greyed out]

I am using Affinity Photo and trying to do the workbook lessons. I cannot access neither the library or macro panels - they are greyed out. How do you access them? View Studio isn't working - so is there an alternate way?

[Missing Healing Brush Tool]

I have not been able to locate the Healing Brush Tool. I uninstalled my software and reinstalled - but it still doesn't appear. Thank you.
