  1. I think it would be very useful to create layers from measurements (perfectly live updating, but simple convert measure to curves would be good too) or maybe I just don't know and there is already a simple way to create these lines with arrows & text in the middle? (I use Designer, among others, to design new furniture and other homeware for my house).
  2. I thought stock .eps vector graphics files downloaded from Freepik are fake, because opened in Affinity Designer they have no layers 😥 (only low res bitmap layer) or there's tons of layers with graphics divided by multiple, strange rectangles and it's almost impossible to select and copy objects with transparency. I thought it would be weird, that all these files are so unusable and today I tried to open them in Adobe Illustrator and wow 😲 - in AI all these eps files are very well editable. It is possible to remove background and get transparency, etc. 🙄🤔 Is it known problem with Affinity Designer? Will it be fixed anytime soon?
  3. Thanks @ChristAlix Unfortunately, after "Rasterise..." these faulty lines at edges become visible again, 😐 also in my other vector clipart files...
  4. Done. I attached to previous message piece of the project.
  5. See attached screenshots. There are visible lines between objects. There should not be visible these lines. The lines have the same width at every zoom and unfortunately remains after render to bitmap/pixel. Affinity Designer version 1.9.1.979 test176.afdesign
  6. It doesn't happen on a new document with few object. It happens on opened eps file with approx. 100 objects. Unfortunately i can't attach here document due to copyright rights. I am not aware about any clipboard utility, BUT I found guilty application! It's XnViewMP! The problem happens only while running XnViewMP image browser! Thanks for give me a hint!
  7. Strange distortions after copy vector from Designer to Photo and after resize. See attached image. OpenCL HW acceleration off.
  8. Hi! I have openCL hw acceleration disabled (other issues). I thought the app freeze forever after ctrl+c and the first few times I force closed it, but I found that it feeze for several seconds then works again and just copy vector graphics to clipboard takes many, many seconds, almost a minute...
  9. Thanks for explanation. With checked hw openCL option the app were freezing from time to time, even while changing zoom. I have turned off hw openCl and app works much bettter.
  10. Hi, After update to 1.9 I have issues too. App run significantly slower. Hardware: Thinkpad P50, 32GB RAM, i7-6820HQ, 4k screen + second display, also 4K. SSD 2TB PNY NVME XLR8 CS3030 + 2TB SSD 2,5 SATA Adata SU800. OS: Windows 10 Pro (latest updates) Why Afinnity Photo use intel HD Graphics only and doesn't use Nvidia Quadro M2000M for hardware acceleration?
  11. I changed my ssd to the new nvme and after I have installed fresh Windows 10 Pro (1903) stock tab works fast and problem has gone. Also, ealier I had installed Comodo CIS Firewall, but issue had existed even when firewall had been disabled (although driver maybe had been active anyway). So this could be related to some incompatibility with installed 3rd party software or broken OS.
  12. There are still issues with stock photos (not only Unsplash) on Windows 10. Image search is very slow and cause application freeze. While loading stock images and during scrolling the results the application is unusable (freezed) until images are loaded (sometimes after several seconds, sometimes after a minute or more) like single-threaded app. Affinity Photo version: 1.7.1.404, Windows 10 (1809).
