  2. I want to add an ellipse but with a transparent center. When I use the ellipse tool all the shapes have a grey center. HELP!
  3. I have been a user of Adobe InDesign for several years and use the 'nested character styles' alot. For example: I have one paragraph style where ALL words up to a tab stop are a character style (bold) and the the remaining characters are regular CAPS until a line break. How can I do this in Publisher?
  4. I imported an indesign PDF file that is 24 pages long. It has several color graphics (photos, clipart). I am exporting this file as a PDF to my print house but they keep sending me errors that the file contains PANTONE colors and/or RGB. They state that the colors will be converted to CYMK which might cause color shifting. What can I do to fix this. 2019-2020_Program_Guide.afpub
  5. I’m not sure how this happened but as you can see from the image the file sizes are mostly small - 1-2KB. There are over 3000 tif files and 900 jpg. There are only about 30 actual graphics - all either psd or jpg. If I open any of the small files it appears they are only snippets of the graphics. Because they have been renamed by publisher I don’t know which original file they came from. Oh, the Resource Manager show them all embedded
  6. They are just fragments of the embedded graphics, The file was an indesign files exported as a PDF then opened in Publisher
  7. the tif and jpg files that are created all are named the same name of the document with a increasing digit. (i.e. brochure 01.tif, brochure 02.tif, brochure 03.tif....)
  8. I recently noticed that the folder where my Affinity Publisher file is stored there are now thousands of .tif files (1-2kb). This is a 28 page booklet several graphics but not that many. Do I need these are can they be deleted?
  9. Thanks, i think. I use this alot in inDesign so hopefully a update will include this.
  10. I want to be able to search and replace a paragraph break in one imported text frame but when I try to "replace all" it replaces paragraph breaks in the entire document. Can't I just select the specific text frame to preform the function on?
