  1. Hello Wodentop, I found on the French forum a Photo file proposed by the administrator with text in a circle and on a curve. You can use it as you wish by modifying the curve or the circle to fit your needs. Here is the link: https://app.box.com/s/t65a6wrdlgcjkw6c2644mxx618hswkis I hope this helps.
  2. Hi devoured_elysium, Another solution would be to add a knot on the arrow at the intersection with the circle and "Break Curve" at that point and then delete the portion of the curve inside the circle. Repeat for the other end. Otherwise, for Boolean operations between curves and shapes, the curves must be transformed into shapes by "Expand Stroke" before proceeding.
  3. Hello FormatC, You can draw the K then the O over it, put the chosen colors and convert to curves. With the node tool, adapt the K to fit the O as desired, then duplicate it and put the copy over the O. Then draw a rectangle with no fill or outline on the intersection to keep. In the layers, drag the upper K into the thumbnail of the rectangle (until a horizontal blue rectangle appears at the bottom right of the thumbnail).
  4. Alternatively, after shearing and converting to curves as described above, you can take the "Node" tool and return the lower right node to its original position.
  5. Keep the selected shape, "Layer", "Convert to Curves". Take the "Node" tool (white arrow), click on one of the lines to modify it or on one of the knots to adjust using its handles.
  6. Hi Aechidna, 1/ Select the two lower shapes (the lowest in the layers) marked 1 and 2 in white. 2/ Copy these two shapes and paste them at the top of the layers. 3/ Select the two shapes you just pasted and make a compound (Boolean operation "Substract" by holding down the "Alt" key on the keyboard). 4/ As the shapes are thick, convert into curves the ones that overlap the others: in my example the orange shape and modify them with the "Node" tool.
  7. Hi GaryRS, Copy the selection and press "Ctrl/Cmd + D" to hide the marching ants.
  8. Hi, JRD, You can manually adjust the space between two letters by placing the cursor between them, hold down the "Alt" key and play with the left and right arrows on the keyboard to decrease or increase this space.
  9. Hi, BigStef, Thanks for the link to "coquille ethymologie", cool indeed! Congratulations again for your report!
  10. Mr Lucky, To have the resizing done from the respective centers of the objects, select the central square in the "Transform" tab of the studio, lock the proportions and enter the new desired size directly in one of the two windows. You can also click in one of the two windows with the central mouse button and change the size with the scroll wheel.
  11. Create the circle, color it, duplicate it on itself. Select the top copy, "Convert to Text Frame", type in the desired number. Group the set, you can change the background color by selecting the lower circle in the layers.
  12. Hello, BigStef, Really a remarkable job, very pleasant to browse! I noticed a detail on page 8 that appeals to me but is perhaps voluntary: it is written "maître port" instead of "maître de port". Cordialement.
