[Does Affinity offer export to pdf/x-1a:2001?]

My POD publisher Ingram Spark requires exporting to pdf/x-1a:2001, is this option available on any of the Affinity products?

How do a merge multiple PDF pages into one PDF file? Trying to submit a book for POD publishing. I have all 3 Affinity products.
