Pardon my lack of knowledge but how would I access these image files

It is mainly personal preference but I find that the design of the icons, and really just the entire UI has impacted how I design as a whole, and I feel that if the icons were more like Illustrator's it would help me a bit.

Hey, I was wondering if it was possible to make custom icons for the tool in affinity designer, if so how would I do so? I have full respect for affinity's design team, however, I thought something a bit more personally fit for my productivity would help me quite a bit.

I am new to affinity and have switched over from Inkscape and this is a big problem I thought this would be implemented in the 1.7 version considering it has been 5 years now I mean I thought this was a top priority at this point.

Hey, could we please get and extensions tap similar to Inkscape's. Not havings things like a wireframe sphere have been a real pain in the but, also the ability to generate a Voronoi diagram from paths would make creating polygonal backgrounds a lot easier and quicker. I really hope you add these things considering Inkscape (a free program) has them. PLEASE!
