[Export of gradual transparency fails]

Hi @Dan C and @MikeW, 

thanks a lot for your super fast responses in this great forum - removing the transparencies totally solved the issue. I wasn't aware of that and the "issues" with Adobe formats.

[Export of gradual transparency fails]

Hi there! 

when exporting text with a gradual transparency to *.eps or *.pdf, the export fails and only exports blocks, no text. 

I tried converting the text to curves, having single text lines (not a big block), ..., but none works. 

Can someone tell me what's wrong? (using Designer 1.7.1)
