[Repeatable crash on Windows 11, Photo 1.10.4.1198 (Copy Flattened, New from Clipboard/Paste)]

I have encountered a full lockup in Photo, followed by a full Windows lockup seconds later when I attempt the following;

1. Copy Flattened a PNG image with some transparency at the edges

2. Either New from Clipboard, or New... then Paste

This always results in a full app/system lockup.

Please advise.

....I believe this crash is related to the layer being locked...nevermind, happens even when I unlock the layer!

It almost corrupted my Windows installation...please advise.

[Rasterize a PDF with type preserved (visually accurate)]

I often receive PDFs from clients and rasterize them for use as texture maps using Photoshop. When I attempt the same process in Affinity Photo, the fonts are not preserved.

I would like an option to 'preserve typestyles' or something upon import, so the that file is visually accurate to the PDF, albeit, hire raster.

I still need this feature baddddly as well (pleasssse and sooonnn).

I'm very disappointed it hasn't been introduced/improved, as it's part of my daily workflow x hundreds of images.

I've created the following macro to compensate (image attached).

It selects, inverts selection, pads the selection by 15 pixels, duplicated layer with selection, fills the selection, clips the canvas, deletes the extra layer.
