Slowest support ever

Is there really no solution to this problem? I keep losing my files.

It's a bit better when I use a smaller brush size but I do need a larger one and it still lags. Plus, Affinity crashes anyway when I have too many elements, again if the file size is larger than 10 MB.

Hi there, I'm currently on a trial for Affinity Designer but whenever I try to use a decent quality brush in Pixel Persona it is extremely slow and the program keeps crashing. Also, I can't really open Affinity files above 10 MB anymore as the tool just crashes. i7/16GB if it helps. Is there anything I can do or is this just how Affinity works? Thank you a lot!
