Restaurieren funktioniert nicht

hallo, ich habe das gleoche Problem. wie funktioniert das 'restaurieren' ? bei mir erscheint die rote Farbe nicht. wenn ich über einen Bereich ziehe, den ich restaurieren möchte, kommt ein Verlaufsbalken, der zeigt, dass das Programm arbeitet. aber es passiert nichts. Wer kann mir helfen?
