I'm having a similar issue. For me, what's happening is whenever I save a new file, my entire computer will crash. Not just Affinity Photo, THE ENTIRE COMPUTER!!! Now I did discover that this happens when more than 8 GB of RAM gets used. I have 16 GB so that's more than enough RAM for it to operate. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar issue I believe except what's happening with me though is that when I try to use it in other applications the transparency doesn't work. Now before we go blaming the other applications, transparency from other PNG files not exported from Affinity works just fine. It's only PNGs from Affinity that don't work. Now I do notice that this happens when the DPI export is under 200 PPI. Now I understand that I can just make it higher DPI and shrink it down but the adjustment between the switch between programs is a hassle. I would much prefer that it just works.

So, after this update to the latest version of AP, the ability to delete selections is no longer a thing apparently. It will only delete the entire image. No matter how I go about changing the selection or what selection method I use, it's only deleting the whole image. Why is that?
