I can confirm this as well. Windows 10 Pro 1809, OS-Version 17763.557 Can be reproduced every time. Publisher + Photo version: 1.7.1.404- New Document in Publisher - Add a photo (example from unsplash here) - Click the image and go to Photo persona - Make a selection - Click Mask LayerThe masked layer / selection is somehow off. And just like @artokmt said, it works fine when I do the same thing using Photo . Attached gif illustrating this. Regards David
