Affinity as Lightroom External Editor Preset

I am trying to add Affinity as an external editor preset in the preferences on my Mac. I choose Affinity, as the editor, but since it's package, not a program, Lightroom does not recognize. Any solutions? Thanks!

I am fairly new to Affinity. It seems that when I first installed, I could load 3dl LUT files. Now they are greyed out. Tried Dropbox, ICloud and OneDrive. Many ideas? What formats of LUTs can Affinity load on the IPad?
