Yes sir i did have an antivirus software i have diabled it and tried to save still its not happening and i am also not able to save into my documents

Sir i have turned off the windows defender but its still the same causing the problem in saving files.

sir it's not saving again i have reset the app. still its not working

sir i am unable to find auto-save feature in preferences can you please guide me through. and what where you saying me to do here "Can you go to %temp% in Windows and post the path that it resolves to here?" Thank u

No sir, i have not been able to save to any location on my system.. It happend after the the update

first is the file which i tried to save and 0 byte file is created and second file is an version of file which i save long time back when it was all ok.. even when i create new file it is not saving.. card shadi300gsm.afpub card shadi300gsm.afpub

i am facing the problem when i save my new document it shows the failed to save document again and again and creating an 0 byte files whenever i am trying to save my documents. even after the lasted update it was not resolved . sir please resolve this issue because this issue is creating problem in my work, thank you
