[1.8.3 Align to Last Selected issue]

I've been having problems with this too. From what I understand, I have to select the Align Horizontally/Vertically button first, then decide Align to First Selected, etc. I take it from @walt.farrell that this was intentional?

Is there any way at least to change the default for Align to? I'm used to aligning to First Selected...

[Rotating a segment?]

Hi! So before the latest update it used to be possible to select to select two nodes on the node tool, then use the bottom right panel to rotate that segment only. This is no longer possible (the "degrees" box is greyed out).

Did you delete this functionality altogether, or move it to a different location? I'm hoping it's the latter; several of the projects I'm working on become impossible without this! Thank you.
