Have you tried turning off the 'use windows ink' setting in your wacom pen mapping settings? This might solve it.

I liked CorelDraw, They should have made a Mac version.

crunchysqueak got a reaction from lacerto in How does AP compare with Clip Studio Paint and Corel Painter and other painting software
Please before you wade into Painter, as a software junkie can I suggest you look at Rebelle3, Artrage, and Painstorm, all great programs built on modern coding and designed by actual artists, and in reference to your original post you can't go too far wrong with Krita either.
I would say that AP and AD are about as good at brush based art as their Adobe equivalents, which means they are a bit of a struggle but they can do the job if you have the pure will to fight through, but there is a reason all concept art looks the same.

In addition, I think a huge thanks is in order for the extraordinary level of support the staff have provided since day one of the first release of the first Affinity app.
For me, it is the gold standard by which I judge the support for any product of any type. Nobody else comes close.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I simply had to stop my work and give all of you there at Affinity a huge thanks! I have used your products for years, but this ability now to switch back and forth to use various tools in each of the three programs is beyond anything  I dreamt of in the past. I am working on a book project with tons of complex graphic, I have made - yes, brought over from Freehand and Illustrator but in Designer since it came out. To switch back and forth in Affinity's programs saves tons of time and frustration. All I can say is "Bravo!" for thinking of us who work day and night in publishing. Your work is appreciated far beyond these few words.

crunchysqueak reacted to GarryP in Rasterise multiple layers.
If the Rasterise function - either via the Layers menu or via the context menu in the Layers panel - does not rasterise all of the selected layers (which it does not seem to do) then I think that function should be greyed out when multiple layers are selected.
That doesn’t help you crunchysqueak, but it would make the UI a bit more consistent with what seems to be happening.
Having said that, it might be nice to be able to select multiple layers and rasterise them all at the same time. Sounds like it would be a time-saver for some people.
