figured it out, the <buy now $39.99> button works. the <but now> button in the top right corner is not really a button. confusing for an old timer.

Just purchased pre publisher on sale. I want to get photo too, but in the store the <buy now> button doesn't update to the cart. I downloaded the photo free trial and tried to buy it from there as well. no luck. just trying to get it while it's 20% off. using win 10 and chrome.
