Cannot open last saved document

Giulianzo posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on iPads

hi. on my iPad Pro I cannot load my last document. Unluckily I didn’t save a copy so I’m in real trouble now. The app gives me an error message “cannot load document”. If I try to save the doc from its thumbnail, Designer crashes down. What can I do? Regards
