I inadvertently uninstalled my infinity program only having purchased it a few weeks ago .it is now refusing to function what can I do

I took a trial ,but on opening the program was unable to open my files, the instructions were to" press open " and there would be my pics but on pressing nothing happened the computer froze and i had to close it down and restart the whole thing again, i can drag and drop but thats inconveniant , if i try to use stitch (pan) or HDR it just freezes,and i stoped using adobe, but at least you get to talk with a real human ,,,,,it helps
