[Affinity Photo for iPad - 1.7.1]

Amazing just amazing, you guys rock! First you bring this great program, realise there are a few bugs and fix straight away, love it! Thanks for the great app :)

[Update has ruined affinity photo]

Hey has anyone else noticed affinity phot being now totally unusable. 

Since the update I’ve experienced these issues:

*paint brush freezing,

*erase freezing

*app crashing after refining selection

*after crash at least 20 steps are erased taking me back to the beginning of the work flow.

*wont download samples

*stalling when pinching to zoom in and out.

i have the 11” iPad Pro, I tried erasing the app and reinstalling. I have no other apps open when I’m using photo. 

The drop in reliability is shocking, I sing this apps praises and genuinely love it, hence why I’m voicing my concern.

is anyone else experiencing similar things and have any fixes?

[Horrible slowdown on Affinity Photo 1.7.0 iPad -- Way to revert back to 1.6?]

Hey, I’m experiencing the same thing. I’ve got the 11” iPad Pro. Been loving this app so much and I come from a 9.7 pro. As soon as I did the update it’s pretty much unusable, I’m doing simple photo montages of not much more than 5-7 layers. It keeps crashing and putting me back like ten steps each time. It’s super frustrating. I use this app everyday and it’s a vital part of my work flow. Even to the point that I barely use my desktop for my art. The iPad is so much more of a fun creative tool and I don’t just have to be at my studio. I hope they fix this :(
