Posted on another, similar thread. But this is exactly the bug. It occurs with both mouse and tablet. If you use mouse instead, it draws a straight line between where I pressed, and where I released. -

I'm getting the same issue as well, though I can't figure out what's causing it on mine. It just randomly happens sometimes when switching between tools or using the "History" menu, and sometimes after I Alt-Tab away from and then back to Designer. I'm using a Wacom Bamboo CTL-470. Win10 64-bit version 1803.
