What sort of hyperlink did you create in that application?
-> link to page or link to anchor... it doesn't matter, it always crashes. Type of link doesn't matter
How did you create the hyperlink?
-> interactive – insert hyperlink
What type of layer/thing does the hyperlink link to?
-> textlink or image... it doesn't matter, it always crashes. Type of link doesn't matter
Do other hyperlinks in the same PDF work?
-> No
Do other hyperlinks of the same type in that PDF work?
-> No
Are you reading the PDF on the same machine where you exported the PDF?
-> I tested it on different PCs
Is Acrobat updated to the latest version? If not, which version are you using?
-> Yes, Version 23.8.20470.0
Is Windows updated to the latest version, and either way, which version are you using?
-> Yes, I tested it on various PCs with Windows 10 and 11
What do you mean by Acrobat “crashes”? Any error messages or similar information?
-> Acrobat simply closes or crashes after clicking on a link
Can you supply the document, and/or PDF, or maybe a cut-down version containing just the page with the hyperlink on it and the page it links to?
