I purchased Affinity Designer in 2015 through apple app store, everything has gone great, but today I upgraded to 1.10 and it crashes every time I try to open the software. (when installed from apple app store) If I download the 1.10 version on your website, the problem is fixed (I've tried 3 times uninstalling and installing) So the problem is fixed on website version, but when installed, I need a product key I don't have. How can i get it, or what can I do? Do I have to purchase the software again? Thank you in advance for your help.
