I have a selection with a bounding box. I hover over the 4 points on this box and the double arrow that would offer me opportunity to shear the selection doesn't show up. This is a new problem since I have used it before. I am using Affinity Photo v1.7.3 on Mac OS 10.14.6

Thomaso, it looks like the old .doc format doesn't work, only .docx. Thanks again for your interest in helping me solve this problem

Hi Walt and Thomaso I just saw that a word document with extension .doc is not available, I went into a new folder where there are .docx files and they are available. Thank you!!

Hello, I watched the video about linked text frames and in it, the tutor showed how to place text by choosing a document file. When I try to do this, and navigate on my hard drive for a document file, non are available. They are all grayed out. I have the text frame selected and am doing everything I see being done in the video. Can anyone suggest why this is happening?

I am not able to see any block moved off page onto pasteboard. This would be a deal breaker for me

Any object I move off the page to the pasteboard disappears. I don't see anything! I'm on a Mac OS 10.14
