Problem solved in App Store. Make sure your account is logged in. Sign in and download your update. Maybe it's the same problem in Windows Store.

I have the same problem. I bought Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo from the App Store. I was able to update the Affinity Designer but the Affinity Photo not because I had uninstalled to have more space on the SSD. Please solve the problem.
