Long ago on my first MacBook Pro I purchased Affinity Design to paint digitally, then I sold my laptop.
Now I have a new one and I want to paint, but I can not because I did not buy Affinity Photo, because I made a stupid quick purchase.
I tried to call apple support and they suggested that I contact Affinity directly because a refund or replacement was not possible any more.
Because the 2 programmes are the same price I believed that I could exchange Design with Photo.
I don't know what to do, I have never used Affinity Design for anything and I regret not contacting apple earlier to have a refund to then buy Affinity Photo.
So I am here now to see if there are any possible options, maybe someone in a position to replace Affinity design from my App Store with with Affinity Photo.
