In Publisher Beta for Mac how can you get page numbering to start other than from the first page? This is needed for a publication where prelim pages are unumbered and numbering needs to start from contents page or first page of text. Document/Section Manager looks as if it ought to provide this facility but 'start page numbering at' is greyed out.
