I made 5 pages on an art board and deleted 3 of them leaving a large between each page. How do I get these pages to be side by side removing the gap?

I'm not sure if the title is clear and I may look silly but: I am a Freepik premium member and downloaded ais and eps files however when I open them each page e.g. of a brochure all open as one image! An example is the Instagram eps file attached. How do I get them to open as separate pieces? I tried searching for an answer but don't know how to explain and hope the attachment makes more sense!
