I am using Affinity Photo a lot for post processing render outputs. Intel made a denoiser especially for that case public with sources. It comes with a Apache License and therefor there should be no problem to integrate it into Affinity Photo. I checked on how to write my own Photoshop based plugin for it to get it integrated into AP but the PS SDK is not public available. So please integrate the OpenImageDenoiser into AP. BTW sources are available for both Mac and Win.
