Thanks for your replies! I only saw them when I came here to update that I found it today! Make a selection and Ctrl + K! (Or right click selection and 'Find in Layers')

If that didnt make sense, hopefully I can show better with this screenshot. See, here, you can see I have selected the text layer to edit "You're invited to celebrate" but in the layers panel, it's further down the list. It would be great if the layers panel jumped to that layer.

When I double click something on my workspace to edit it, even though it selects that layer in the layers menu, if its way down in the layers list I cant see it in order to duplicate/add effects etc- it would be great if in the layers window it jumped to that layer making it instantly visible instead of having to scroll through to find it. I hope that makes sense.
