  1. Thanks DM1. That’s done the trick! Thought I’d done everything but the most obvious (only when it’s pointed out)! Now I can get on with using the iPad version. Thanks everyone (until the next problem).....
  2. Thanks C for your help. It seems that the problem doesn’t lie with Affinity only because I can’t open any type of files in the Files app. All I get is the download (cloud with an arrow) symbol and everything stalls. I can access and open everything on my iPhone, but not with my iPad. I’ve tried all the suggestions in Google and Apple support without any luck. Really puzzled!
  3. Hi I’ve got the desktop version and have just purchased the iPad version. However using my iPad I find that whilst I can access files within Photos easily, I can’t open any files in the iCloud Drive. What am I doing wrong? I can see the files in the drive but I can’t access them. The message I get is “The file xxxxxx couldn’t be opened.” It’s the same whether the file is JPEG, RAW or ORF. The files each have a cloud symbol next to them If that’s important. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
