  1. I dont have that problem. my mouse rens very smoothly. I have checked my mouse and tested several settings. Had no effect.
  2. Oh I almost forgot. Since the issue of the new 2.1 the problem is worse. Just so you know.
  3. Well the crash reports are sent automatically. This is not a crash it just shuts down. No save no nothing... it just closes. I do hope someone is working on this to resolve the issue. The same problem with a new computer is not a problem on this end its the software. Please fix it. PLEASE!
  4. That crash report is from my old PC. No longer relevant. I am using the same mouse and it's not a gaming mouse. Thats the only common device used on this new PC. it's a Logitech MX Master 25. Only have one monitor.
  5. Well I just installed the new Beta update, Guess what, it still shuts down. I guess no one is working on this issue. Bummer!
  6. Have you all got this issue figured out yet? By the way of course I installed all of the updates DUH. They were done the same day I got the PC. Just as a reality check Version 1 does not shut down V2 and the Beta both do. With this being a new PC, with all the updates, the problem must be on your end not the PC. I really hope someone can figure this out because I do love the product. When it works! Thanks, TJM

  9. Ok people I just bought a new powerhouse PC with Win 11 and plenty of memory and a beefy video card. Guess what the dam thing is still shutting down. It worked great for the first couple hours and then it shut down and I just turned it all off. Today it did it again. What the $&@k is going on. I have kept up with all the updates with no solution. By the way I joined the Beta program as well and it does the same thing. Fix it please. This has been the best graphics software I have ever used, well version 1, but this is driving me crazy! Thank you.

  11. No particular tool, any persona, any tool. Sometimes just selecting a tool and it shuts down or trying to open a document. There seems to be no particular one thing that is common to this happening.
  12. Just to be sure. I removed all Logitech mouse apps/drivers from my startup and restarted the PC. But Noooooo still did it. f#@&. 🙂
  13. I was using Logi Options but stopped a long time ago. I've been letting windows drivers run it. They seemed to work better. But Like I said no issues with Affinity
  14. I'm using a Logitech MX Master 25. Using Windows drivers. This is the same mouse I used on the previous version of Affinity with no issues.
