Brush settings control sensitivity by adjusting the amount of variation. For example a solid brush shows little change with pressure. Now if you tap More in context menu you will see Size Variance (change in line thickness with pressure) is set to zero. Change it to 100% and the change in line thickness with pressure changes too. You may need to try and few different brushes (free brushes are in the Resources thread on this forum) to find ones that work well with pressure, or adjust settings to suit your preferences.

Sorry, not familiar with language used in images.
Try painting a line with a brush that has pressure setting and with Pressure selected in context menu. Now change to Move tool and select the line you drew. Now open Stroke studio and see whether any pressure changes were recorded.
