[Exporting work]

So when I put 3.6 x 3.6 inches for my canvas in affinity designer it puts 4.0 x4.0

why is that when I want 3.6 inches?

When I start a new document and put 3.3 inches in affinity designer for my design to work on it, but then when I export it it says 900x900 pixels when I opened it up as 3.3?

to put it on my print on demand site and so on.

please help me figure that out.
