Export in Raw editor dimensions sizes stuck!

Sorry I should have said after editing/or not, in Raw editor and exporting from photo persona... new to this and just learning.

Dimensions are stuck on these measurements for all my last few photos vastly reducing their quality on export! I have deleted and re-downloaded the app but no change. I tried manually increasing the highest number ant this worked but prior to the problem the dimensions changed automatically.

I should have said since the software ios12.2 update. I’m not sure where it should go...new to this

Since this weeks update the export dimensions are stuck on the same low setting for all photos trying to export from Raw editor!
