PDF Export, wrong color printing

I have a similar problem.

I want to publish a colorful black ad in a printed newspaper. I export the ad file to PDF - CMYK - I specify a color K = 100% for text. When you open a PDF in another program, the text appears in color. Why is this happening and what I do wrong? There are no such problems with text color when you save black and white ads.The problem appears when you save a colored PDF – I can't get black text. Can anyone help me?
