Hello--I want to create a vector text headline to use in a design which I'll enlarge and print on fabric. Like a T shirt, I guess. I'd like to use my own handwriting but I don't know how to vectorise it in Affinity Design? Any tips? I'm avoiding the pen tool as I'm so rubbish at it. Thanks for any advice.

Many thanks for your response. The shortcuts are accurate but only Brush, Zoom and ReDo work. UnDo, Erase, etc. do not. I've contacted Astropad and am waiting to hear. Perhaps I'm missing some gesture.

Hello--I'm just learning to use Affinity Designer and Astropad and the Apple Pencil. Has anyone experienced AD making a tinkling rejection sound when trying to undo or activate certain actions with the large circle on Astropad? I can use the side tool bar on Astro to zoom in and out but cannot get it to undo. It's tedious going back to the keyboard to command z, and Astropad doesn't capture/show my very top Mac tool bar that has "edit" so I can't undo that way. Thanks for any thoughts, advice.

Cheers! I DO try finding answers before pestering you guys...but sometimes the answer is needed quickly. Mostly on my part it's a verbiage issue--I'm still learning the terms used. Also, perhaps you have a thought on AD Help. It is extremely slow sometimes. Minutes. Any thoughts on how I could speed this up? Thanks.

Hello--apologies for this simple question. Newbie here. I have scanned from a simple sketch on paper and placed it in AD. My issue is that the 'white' background paper (and its ever greyer paper edges) shows and I don't know how to eliminate it simply. Is there a simple button fix? Do I have to mask? Erase? I was hoping for an easy solution since I will be scanning dozens like this. All help appreciated. I attached the document. Cheers, Connie
