I totally agree, the sound makes my hairs stand on end. When you say "started" do you mean restoring RR232 to flying condition?
Luckily I live close to Biggin Hill and took these photos during the air show. If I win the lotto I'll love to take a Spitfire flight to The White Cliffs.
