I followed your instructions I clicked the Winkey then R and copied your %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\temp\ to press ok when it popped up. It is still a problem.

I am new to using affinity online and I am not a genius when using my laptop. I looked for C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Designer\1.0\temp\ , but I can’t find. I wish anyone who is willing to show pictures which will help me to follow instructions. I hold CTRL while it is starting to clear data, but it isn’t working.
