Menu Button "get Image" "Bild einlesen" not visible

mdp posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hello, im am not able do import an image from my Scanner. The button "get Image" ("Bild einlesen") does not appear. Problem exists with Windows 10. HP Color LaserJet Pro M477 series. With Mac OS X 10.14 there is no problem to import from HP Color LaserJet Pro M477 series.
