many questions can be solved through looking in the bottom line btw..

I wondered if it could be that easy...
Also you can watch out for some techniques for cleaning up damages images (healing brush for example) or coloring B&W (just use another layer on top with blend mode set to soft light for example - lots of YouTube Videos with PS available which also work the same in AP)

when you are using the brush tool you can use alt to switch to eyedropper function.
But the eyedropper only becomes active after you klick and drag a pixel, only clicking does not work

You can hold down crtl while clicking the program/ opening the program. This will give you a window with some reset options.
BTW I downloaded a RAW of an alpha7r2 and it worked out just fine and was absolutely FAST. (Y)

An option to resize the image automatically to cut all the partially cropped areas.

Afdinity for iPhone would be at least awesome fur viewing files and doing small edits.
iCloud prices are acceptable now and thus it could be really useful!
And a full feature set would be awesome but I wouldn't mind some cuttings on an iPhone ...

At least the eye dropper is already available through the info panel, I'm currently not on my Mac otherwise I would have made a small video...

I just showed the Haze removal filter a couple friends and it really get´s the "WOOOW" look out of "not so much into photos manipulation" ones :)
...like " what is this program?!"
And I just noticed that photoline also has the feature (PS and LR of course as well)
- is there a new algorithm that popped up and is now used in every software? haha :D

The custom shortcuts are in the current beta (still developing) and will be in the next MAS update ;)

They should rather develop for Linux than for W* as everyone who would like to use affinity then could do so with a free Linux system.
Only difficulty is selling on Linux but there are other experts that can solve this ;) -
Yes definitely make a feature request for that. Such a nice idea! I won't expect implementation before mid next year as publisher has to be finished and there is loads of other stuff to fix and video is not a topic at all yet but this request it's definitely worth noticing and maybe not sitting on the moon ;)

And to add some more detail because I think I could not rely on AP for doing more work:
If I´d do a shooting and would start using RAW I would definitely want to apply certain batch settings to the RAWs in first place and also do very little manipulation to most of them and doing this in AP would be just a huge pain and even batch processing in AP would not work (if available) because of the file sizes...
That´s just how much a DAM is needed. But I think the developers know this as well...
Apart from that AP will become a truly great software!

I can't see myself using affinity photo at a bigger scale because of the lack of a DAM and the file sizes.
Luckily, I'm not a professional who relies on his software so I can wait.... And I already made the decision to stick with affinity!
