  1. and just to point it straight into this thread - linked bleed values so that you don´t have to type 4 times (in probably most cases) - same for margins please And very important (I posted it in the AP thread but it really belongs to AD) - bleed for artboards and bleed preview
  2. another small one: cmd alt t (show toolbar) could also hide the bottom line where the modifier/ shortcut hints are. Someone requested an option to hide that and I think this would be an appropriate solution.
  3. Mike! Great seeing you around here :) Yes the Panorama is great! The HDR thing using stacks and Median Mode is somehow very limited. Median says it all, the extreme values get erased but in HDR they should be preserved (in the relevant areas). I really was surprised to see this approach in the help file. It is a sort of HDR but a really soft one. I´d appreciate the most intense one possible :D - really looking forward to your implementation in the future! And Andys response says it all, he´s well aware of different ways so seems to be alright!
  4. Well in my own opinion it is minor stuff - don´t know if there is a big part of an iceberg hiding beyond them. - the USM Threshold masking while holding down alt (IMO most important) and also clipping indicators in Curves adjustment (like in Levels) - bleed for artboards and bleed preview (somehow very important) - and when the App is fullscreen the filters and adjustments hide and have to be scrolled, they could expand all the way up (see screenshot) and a tiny one which could probably be done really fast > when you´re in the guides manger, click on a guide, then this guide could be highlighted in the document - and another bug where I could make a screen recording but it´s not important in any way, I just discovered it > make a selection (in my case rectangular), go to Select > Feather, I chose 1px, document was A3 horizontal 300dpi, then entered quick mask mode and when I rotated the image it flashed white in short durations while rotating, I was zoomed in to about 200% I guess But that´s just me, I think they´re all very important and there are also others that have other important issues but I´d be happy to see those being addressed in the near future.
  5. Ok lets hope the next Update will come shortly after cause there are some minor stuff that would be quite annoying  But firstly extremely great that the major features hit the MAS version!
  6. Ouw Andy... Affinity the company that never sleeps :) Really didn't expect this beta! Thanks!
  7. You need the MacAppStore version to run the beta anyway. And the beta will be a free update for the MAS Version....(for 2 years after the release you´ll get free updates)
  8. Could you make or link to a video that shows a little bit of that? It´s somehow hard to imagine but sounds very interesting! Searching on youTube does not seem to bring good results for Photoline....
  9. apart from the masking and clipping improvements, could at least this UI bug get fixed? https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/14675-visibility-of-filter-drop-up/?p=65485 great work apart from that, RAW Panorama stitching will make many people happy ;)
  10. On thanks to both of you for the quick response! I've also seen that there is at least 3.4.8 released and the forum is on 3.4.7. And I've read about this 4.x release as well but I think that was labelled a somewhat professional or paid model? At least somehow different from the 3.x versions? But I didn't really dive into it so I may be wrong.... The forum I found about the iOS app with an response of the IP board them seemed somehow dead :/ not nearly as active as this one ;) sadly VIP Stephan, great observation, maybe there's also a pro here in the forum who has some serious web experience and give a constructive hint on this issue (might as well be you yourself?) or maybe it's just as you said with the stylesheed stuff.
  11. please bare with me that I add 3 lines although features for this release are set, - clipping preview in Curves adjustment (as it is in Levels - loving that!) - USM Threshold masking (like clipping preview, holding down alt) - merge two or more masks of one layer/ group into one cause next release is probably some months away and I think these may be possible to include? merging maks https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/14156-pls-add-command-for-merging-masks/?p=62725 threshold https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/14283-unsharp-mask-threshold-preview/?p=63427
  12. I gutes this forum is based on some rented/ free backend and not programmed by Affinity themselves? -Community Forum Software by IP.Board 3.4.7 - There is an iOS App called IPB Buddy which does not look very promising (mainly a Web View with adds) So is there some client software for iOS or OS X to access the forum in an optimized way? Especially an iOS app would be nice. I know that the devs probably don´t have any time for such things so I´m just asking if theres any existing software that would work for this forum? Some of us spend quite some seconds in this forum and thus an App would be very convenient (by which I don't mean the web interface packed into an app container. For example I can´t follow a topic in the mobile view of the forum and then I always have to load the desktop version, quit safari and reopen it again...And I also can´t edit a post in the mobile view. Some things I would like to use: Or a way to read al the topics in the notifications in one go would also be nice. I get multiple notifications for each comment of a topic I followed instead of having the topics in a list... For example I could imagine a very convenient solution for this where I could scroll horizontally through the recently updated topics I´m following and then scroll down in each to read the new content .... And an Image Browser View of the Share your work section.
  13. Oh sorry I missed that fact with the auto distribute, wasn't shure about this vocabulary. Your absolutely right! Thank you very much for the clarification though!
