For my work I need to remove the background of hundreds of images per week. For this the "Flood erase tool" is very convenient. Depending on the image I need to set the tolerance. What would really help is that Affinity photo does not reset the tolerance for each image. Now I need to change it from 20% to 5% for almost every picture which is very time consuming.

Indeed I aim at Affinity Photo. The information panel is showing the size during dragging but not when you release the mousebutton.

When selecting for example by dragging a rectangular, I do not see the current dimentions of the rectangular. Also I am unable to set a preferred fixed size for my selection e.g. 1024x300px.
