Serif uses Amazon's SES email sending service for these emails. All of the above is handled by them. -
We use neither Fastly nor Pingdom. The issue was Riddler generating unusual traffic patterns that our compute scaling could not anticipate effectively. This should be fixed now.

Notification Settings (from the Notifications icon on the top toolbar). Untick the newsletter and the signup panel appears on various pages.

@carl123 It shrinks to 3/4 for me if I'm not subscribed to the newsletter: Perhaps you have some kind of ad-blocking that doesn't like the newsletter signup?

I don't have access to El Capitan to test this. It looks fine in Safari 14.0.3 for me.

The Affinity downloads are served through Amazon's CloudFront CDN service. This CDN has a location in Hong Kong but as far as I'm aware Hong Kong is outside of the Great Firewall so this isn't much help for mainland Chinese customers.
